My background is execution-heavy before it is presentation-heavy. I spent 5+ years at Chick-fil-A in leadership and training roles, including Certified Trainer, HR Assistant, and Senior Manager.
I completed both a B.S. in Economics and an M.S. in Economics at Texas A&M University (summa cum laude), plus a minor in Business and Anthropology.

How I Think / How I Work
I optimize for execution velocity. If the strategy cannot be piloted next week, it is not ready.
I treat incentives as infrastructure. If stakeholders are rewarded in conflicting directions, performance eventually breaks no matter how good the tool stack looks.
I treat AI as an adoption problem. The winning system is usually the one that fits the real workflow and gets used consistently.
